The AXL Eclipse Belt is an ultra-lightweight, next-generation rigid micro battle belt with modular buckle type and location. Due to its advanced construction techniques and materials, it is under 5 ounces / 140 grams (Medium, G-Hook) unloaded. The position of the running end of the buckle is changeable along the belt, allowing 1.5″ gross sizing adjustments. This allows the user to size their belt down significantly for seasonal clothing changes.

The Eclipse’s inherent negative space allows new and advanced attachment hardware designs while maintaining compatibility with traditional MOLLE pouches and Malice Clips.

The Eclipse Belt is 1.9″ tall and will fit through the belt loops of Crye pants and similar pants if desired. A G-Hook is now included with every order, and every belt is now composed of Curv, a more structured and much darker form of thermoplastic material.

Note: G-Code R1/R2/R3 Molle Clips are incompatible with the Eclipse Belt.

How to Measure Your Belt Size: Measure hips or waist using a soft tape measure to get an accurate size, measure where you are going to wear the belt. If you are using a Cobra/Raptor buckle, then it will add roughly 1.5″ to the size of the belt.

Small: Waist size, 30-33″. Hip size, 35-37″.  20 slots.

Medium: Waist size, 34-37″. Hip size, 38-40″. 22 slots.

Large: Waist size, 38-40″. Hip size, 41-43″. 24 slots.

XL: Waist size, 41-43″. Hip size, 44-48″. 26 slots.

 

The AXL Syzygy 2.0 Liner Belt is made from the corresponding hook/loop material to the Eclipse Belt and features a webbing loop to capture the Eclipse tail for a more secure connection. Measures 1.5″ / 3.8 cm wide. You can also pair it with our Range Pants for everyday use.

Sizing for the Syzygy 2.0 Liner Belt is based on your waist size.

Pants size: 28-32″, Small belt.

Pants size: 32-35″, Medium belt.

Pants size: 36-38″, Large belt.

Pants size: 38-40″, XL belt.

 

The AustriAlpin Cobra Buckle is the world leading safety buckle made of aluminium. Thanks to its patented locking mechanism and high breaking strength it meets the highest safety requirements. In combination with a fitting webbing, the minimum guaranteed load capacity is 9 kN tensile strength and 18 kN in loop configuration.

This version of the AustriAlpin Cobra Buckle is intended for 25 mm webbing width. The ergonomically designed brass clips of standard size support an ideal opening of the buckle. Thanks to the adjuster bar on the female part of the buckle, the webbing length can be adjusted individually. On the non-adjustable male part the webbing needs to be sewn in or locked in place.

 

The Rigid Holster Platform, or RHP, expands on the key features and capabilities of the Modular Holster Adapter by True North Concepts. Proudly designed and made in the USA, it is crafted from lightweight yet rugged 6061-T6 aluminum with a non-reflective Mil-Spec Type III Hardcoat Anodize finish. The RHP features a unique groove and boss belt interlocking system, offering 30 degrees of holster cant-adjustment with 15 degrees forward and 15 degrees rearward. Includes three vertical holster height adjustment points spaced at .525” increments, supports belts up to 2.25” wide, and is designed for a “Mid-Ride” mode of carry.

To enhance comfort and functionality, the curved back face of the RHP increases the belt contact area. Recessed hardware pockets are built into the platform to shield the mounting hardware from impact and abrasion damage. The RHP is compatible with all 3-hole Safariland pattern holsters and integrates seamlessly with the Safariland QLS system. For added stability, the RHP is also fully compatible with the True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit.

Installation Disclaimer:

To ensure maximum durability and longevity of your RHP, we strongly recommend securing the unit between your belt rather than threading it through MOLLE webbing. While MOLLE compatibility is provided for flexibility, repeated use through MOLLE can result in accelerated wear or tearing of the webbing, especially under heavy use or load.

For best results, install the RHP between the belt and body. Use MOLLE mounting only as a last resort when no other mounting option is available.

 

The Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit attaches directly onto the True North Concepts x AXL Rigid Holster Platform, or RHP, and for the first time in the history of holsters allows the shooter to choose a custom height where the leg strap sits. By attaching the special polymer leg strap bracket onto the RHP, the leg strap will sit below the bottom edge of the RHP, flush with the bottom of the RHP, or lightly above.  Additionally, the shooter can choose the best position for their individual body size and comfort, custom tailoring their setup to their own specific needs. Each Leg Strap Kit includes the specialty bracket designed specifically for the RHP, all necessary attachment hardware, and 1″ wide Milspec nylon/elastic leg strap featuring a quick-detach Fastex buckle. The minimalistic leg strap provides a generous amount of flexibility, and it is recommended that the user try out several height adjustments to see which is most ideal before securing the hardware with thread locker. The Leg Strap Kit’s specialty bracket is designed to fit a wide array of legs straps, and is cross-compatible with wider, thicker straps such as those from Safariland, Blackhawk, Ronin Tactics, etc.
