Q: Where are you located and where do you ship from?
A: NorArm HQ is located outside Oslo, Norway, and this is also where we ship out all our orders from.
Q: Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping time frames?
A: We ship with Bring domestically and worldwide with DHL Express, except for Russia and Ukraine right now. Shipping time can vary, but usually 1-2 business days for Europe and 2-5 business days for North America and all other zones. You can read more on our shipping and payment page. Please note that the order processing time can vary from 1-3 business days.
Q: When do you restock a certain product?
A: It varies. We try to restock as often as we can, but our production capacity can’t always keep up with demand. We recommend you to sign up for our newsletter to get a head start on our restocks and product launches.
Q: I ordered the wrong size or I’m not satisfied with the product, can I exchange the item or get a refund?
A: If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in original condition and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Your only additional expense will be for the return back to us in Norway. Contact us for more information.
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: We offer a two-year limited warranty that covers your garments or gear, but not for damage caused by the way you use them or by third-party objects.
Q: Do you have dealers in my country?
A: You might find a dealer in your country by clicking here.
Q: Do you hire?
A: We will announce available positions on our social media accounts, which you can find at the bottom of this page. Norwegian residency and work permit is however a requirement.
Q: Do you offer custom made orders?
A: Unfortunately, not for individuals. We might be able to offer custom made orders for units, depending on the size of the order. Contact us for more information.
Q: Do you offer military or law enforcement discount?
A: Not for individuals, but we can offer discount for units. Contact us for more information.
Q: Do you ship suppressors outside Norway?
A: Not without an export license. You can contact our Training Wing at training@norarm.com for inquiries if you serve in law enforcement or the military.
