The Med-Chassis features an ambidextrous design that allows the user to remove and replace the contents easily. The large laser-cut pull tabs allow for better purchase with gloves, and a wide rear window pass-through makes for better belt integration. There are two, slim-cut PALS columns for pouch mounting and shock cord routing holes for retaining tourniquets or other items.

The Med-Chassis works well on both belts via the pass-through and standard PALS systems designed for MOLLE integration such as cummerbunds, packs, and placards.

With its wrap-around design, the Medical Insert uses a series of routing holes for adjustable bungee retention for needed medical items. The center features slits designed for the included 4” One Wrap strips to secure smaller items such as disposable gloves.

Made with durable laser-cut material, the Med Insert is designed to work directly with the AXL Med-Chassis but can also work in a variety of IFAKS and GP pouches.
