When you place an order at our web store, you can rest assured your shipment is being handled with care by professionals all the way from Norway to your destination, wherever that may be. You will receive both an email and a text message from DHL Express with your tracking number and the Delivery on Demand service, where you can activate specific delivery options as soon as your order is on its way. We also offer shipping with Bring on domestic orders in Norway.

We take our commitment to the planet seriously. That’s why we proudly partner with DHL Express, utilizing sustainable aviation fuel, or SAF, via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders. By investing in SAF, we actively reduce the CO2 emissions associated with our shipments, minimizing our carbon footprint. You can read more about SAF here.

Shipping costs are $22 USD/€20 EUR/230 NOK per order for Europe, $24 USD/€22 EUR/250 NOK per order for North America and $26 USD/€24 EUR/270 NOK per order for all other zones. Shipping costs with Bring in Norway are 139 NOK per order for delivery at a pickup point and 189 NOK per order for home delivery with the 25% value added tax (VAT/MVA) included. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes when shipping internationally.

We use PayPal as our payment processing platform. They accept most credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay as well. PayPal transactions are protected using modern encrypted SSL security measures. We also offer payment through Vipps for our Norwegian customers.
