Project Alpha One. Status: Completed and available at our store as Kandahar Combat Pant and Kandahar Combat Shirt.

Project Alpha One was our first project along with Project Alpha Two and was initiated when NorArm was founded in early 2019. The idea was to create a high-end combat uniform based on experiences our founders had from both the harsh Arctic conditions of Northern Norway, to the unforgiving battlefields of Afghanistan and Iraq. The project was completed after over a year of intense work, which also included a trip to Pakistan by our CEO, where the prototype was developed and where the uniforms are being produced today by our skilled workers.

Project Alpha Two. Status: On hold.

Project Alpha Two was initiated along with Project Alpha One and was supposed to be a combat uniform with built-in tourniquets. However, the project is put on hold due to it’s complexity. Creating such a uniform that actually works in real life is harder that one might think, but we haven’t given up on the project yet. We will look more into Project Alpha Two in the future and develop the uniform if we can solve the problems we have encountered so far in the research phase.

Project Alpha Three. Status: Completed and available at our store as Kandahar Combat Shirt, Hooded Edition.

Project Alpha Three was made mostly for fun while our CEO was in Pakistan and worked on what would become the Kandahar Combat Uniform. After the prototype combat shirt was made and presented to our CEO by a worker wearing a hooded sweater, our CEO suggested they should make a combat shirt with the same type of hood the worker was wearing. To his surprise, they started working on a hooded prototype the same day. The result was the hooded Kandahar Combat Shirt, one of our most popular products.

Project Alpha Four. Status: Completed and available on our store as Kandahar Combat Shirt, LEO Edition.

Project Alpha Four is a collaboration project with Norwegian police officers who reached out to us after trying our Kandahar Combat Shirt. Originally, they just wanted the shirt in an all-black color, later known as ISOF Black, but then we thought, why not make a custom-made version of the Kandahar Combat Shirt for our friends in the law enforcement community? We made some interesting and innovating changes on the original version and made it available for our regular customers as well.

Project Alpha Five. Status: Completed and available on our store as Kandahar Combat Shirt, Special Edition and Kandahar Combat Shirt, Hooded Special Edition.

Project Alpha Five is a special edition of our Kandahar Combat shirt. This is something different from what we have made before, and some might say a bit bold and risky. We ourselves consider this as a statement. In our walks of life, we have experienced daring to be different from the herd will often pay off. It takes bravery to stand out, especially given the level of conformity in many societies today. But if you can own this trait; to choose your own path and stick by your choice despite the pressure to do as everyone else, you will have something others don’t. Freedom. Whether it’s for range day, outdoor activities or casual wear… this functional and unique combat shirt will definitely set you apart from the herd.

Project Bravo One is a neck gaiter that comes in two editions, a traditional one and one with mesh around the mouth area.

Project Bravo Two. Status: Completed and available on our store as Donbass Balaclava and Donbass Balaclava, Mesh.

Project Bravo Two is a balaclava that comes in two editions, a traditional one and one with mesh around the mouth area.

Project Bravo Three. Status: Completed and available on our store as Oslo Neck Gaiter.

Project Bravo Three is a collaboration project with Norwegian 3Charlie that is a hand-sewn neck gaiter in all-mesh.

Project Bravo Four. Status: On hold

Project Bravo Four will be a shooter’s cap.

Project Charlie One. Status: Completed and available on our store as Shock Pads, Elbow and Shock Pads, Knee.

Project Charlie One is the joint protection pads for the Kandahar Combat Uniform. Made of a flexible, shock absorbing foam, these pads offer great protection without hindering movement or feeling uncomfortable in any way.

Project Delta One. Status: On hold.

Project Delta One is in the planing phase and will become a high-quality gun belt produced in Europe.
